Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please review our campus schedule and attendance policies to help us ensure a smooth, uninterrupted learning environment for all students:
- Doctor's Notes: If your student must miss school for a medical appointment, they must submit an official medical excuse note upon their return to clear the absence. You can complete this in one of three ways:
- Send the physical note to school with your child to turn in.
- Drop the note off directly at the front office.
- Scan the QR code provided below to submit the note digitally.
- Early Pickup Cut-Off: The absolute cut-off time for early student check-outs is 3:15 PM. No students may be picked up after this time until regular dismissal.
- District Notifications: Leaving campus early triggers an automated notification call from the school district.

Por favor, revisen nuestro horario escolar y las políticas de asistencia para ayudarnos a garantizar un entorno de aprendizaje fluido y sin interrupciones para todos los estudiantes:
- Justificantes médicos: Si su estudiante debe faltar a la escuela debido a una cita médica, debe presentar un comprobante oficial emitido por el médico a su regreso para justificar la ausencia. Puede hacerlo de tres maneras:
- Enviar el justificante físico a la escuela con su hijo para que lo entregue.
- Entregar el justificante directamente en la oficina principal.
- Escanear el código QR que se incluye abajo para enviar el justificante de forma digital.
- Hora límite para salidas anticipadas: La hora límite estricta para retirar a los estudiantes antes de tiempo es a las 3:15 PM. No se permitirá la salida de ningún estudiante después de esta hora hasta la hora de la salida regular.
- Notificaciones del distrito: Retirar a un estudiante del plantel antes de tiempo activará una llamada de notificación automática por parte del distrito escolar.
